Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be publicly opened at the Middlesex County Board of Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Middlesex County Administration Building, 75 Bayard St., 1st Floor, New Brunswick, New Jersey 08901 for the following on OCTOBER 27, 2021.
BIDS/PROPOSALS CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM OUR WEB SITE AT http://www.middlesexprocure.org
Bids must be made in the standard bid form in the manner designated therein and as required by the specifications, must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the job and the name and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to the Purchasing Agent of Middlesex County.
Bids that are sent via US Postal Services, delivery service or hand delivered (prior to the opening date and time) shall be addressed to: “Middlesex County Purchasing Agent, 75 Bayard Street, 3rd Floor, 75 Bayard Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.
If a bidder chooses to deliver the bid and attend the bid opening, the bids MUST be given to the Purchasing staff member who is in the Middlesex County Board of Commissioners’ Meeting Room, prior to the opening time.
If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1 et seq.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with applicable law.
